"Location, beach and the house, awesome "

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Peter’s Beach House. All of the furnishings throughout the home were lovely and the equipped kitchen was a joy to cook in. The location simply could not be better, directly on the bay side of the island. It was very clean and communication with property management was great. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the construction on the property next door. It was very loud every day from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, and the construction barge takes up a large portion of that lovely view of the water. We absolutely loved this home and location, and we will be back, just after the construction is complete. "

"Incredible trip! The pictures are what you get (but in person is better). I doubt there’s many better places to stay on North captiva. Private beach, can see sunrise and sunset from the house (amazing sunset view). We would recommend to anyone. It was perfect for our family of 7 (with one infant). We will look forward to staying at WOW again. "

"We loved staying at the paraiso property. The outdoor space was amazing. After walking the entire beach, this property it was definitely among the best for outdoor entertainment. It has it all covered between the pier, beach, pool and patio. The indoor space was also very nice and unique. The property is separated into a main floor (upper) with the kitchen, family room, dining room, two bedrooms and 2 full bath rooms. The beach level has two separate 1 bedroom/1 full bath, rooms. Each separated by its own entry, away from the main, upper level of the house. This works well for privacy but also may not be ideal for families with smaller children. The golf cart was also a nice added feature to the property. Property management was easy to work with and timely with responses to our questions. We look forward to possibly staying there again in August!"

"I’ve stayed at the Point House numerous times and each time is just as amazing as the last! Its location makes it the best house on the island in my opinion. 10/10 would recommend!"

"The home was well equipped to handle our party of 15. The rooms were comfortable and the location was fantastic!"

"The house has potential, but unfortunately, our stay was affected by a number of maintenance and equipment issues. Several light bulbs were out, many window screens were missing, and the window in the bedroom with two beds does not lock and has a broken screen. The porch ceiling fan is missing blades, and the freezer shelves have visible rust.The kitchen is also poorly equipped—there was no cookie sheet or pan suitable for using the oven, and no basic staples such as salt, pepper, or oil. The kitchen exhaust fan does not vent properly, which causes the smoke alarm to go off whenever we cook, something that happens every evening. The beach chairs and umbrellas provided are also in very poor condition, with one chair unusable.With some basic maintenance and better kitchen supplies, the property could be much more comfortable for guests."
