"The Windows on the Water house was an amazing place for us to unplug from the world for a week with our son, daughter-in-law, and 2 grandsons! Wendy was a great host. She made sure we had all the info we needed to make the most of our trip. The view from the house was even better than the pictures. We saw manatees and dolphins, and even Snook from the living and dining room windows. Sunsets were spectacular, and we saw the Milky Way at night. The couch was super cozy and a great place for all of us to unwind at the end of each day and watch movies or just spend time together. The Starlink worked great. We brought our Roku and accessed all our TV streaming apps. My grandsons loved the bunkroom. The beds in both master suites were very comfortable. The kitchen had every gadget you could need to make meals. The grill came in handy to make burgers and hot dogs. There were plenty of Adirondack chairs for everyone to just sit on the beach with their toes in the water. My husband caught Snook beach each night before sunset right from the beach. Water close to the shore was clear enough most days to find all kinds of pretty little shells. My favorite beach on the island was Sunset Beach. There’s a sandbar you can get to that’s not too far from the shore. I found at least 30 sand dollars snorkeling there. And the water between Sunset and Bartlett beach had urchin beds where you could see Sheepshead and other fish. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful beach house Wendy!"
