"The house has potential, but unfortunately, our stay was affected by a number of maintenance and equipment issues. Several light bulbs were out, many window screens were missing, and the window in the bedroom with two beds does not lock and has a broken screen. The porch ceiling fan is missing blades, and the freezer shelves have visible rust.The kitchen is also poorly equipped—there was no cookie sheet or pan suitable for using the oven, and no basic staples such as salt, pepper, or oil. The kitchen exhaust fan does not vent properly, which causes the smoke alarm to go off whenever we cook, something that happens every evening. The beach chairs and umbrellas provided are also in very poor condition, with one chair unusable.With some basic maintenance and better kitchen supplies, the property could be much more comfortable for guests."
