"The house is slightly dated and would benefit from some minor cosmetic upkeep. The 5 ensuite, king size bedrooms were spacious. And the screen enclosed pool with overflow hot tub along with the shuffleboard, pool, and fooseball tables provide for abundant entertainment. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, general store, and beach access within 5-10 minute walks. Great Location."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and kitchen were well appointed though showed some wear and tear. The beach equipment was great - we added some bogey boards. We had some issues with getting the hot tub to heat up. One awkward thing was that you had top go outside to access the basement rooms. Since we have visited off and on for 30 years, we were very disappointed in the shelling."

"We recently stayed at this resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The beachfront location is beautiful, and the water park was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist when needed. That said, there were a few areas that could use improvement. One of the biggest drawbacks was that most of the resort activities, shops, and amenities seemed to shut down around 5:00–6:00 PM. After that, there wasn’t much to do besides spend time on the beach, which made the evenings feel a bit limited. The dining experience was also somewhat underwhelming. While there were a couple of restaurants on-site, the food was just average and the service was inconsistent at times. More dining options and a stronger focus on hospitality would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, we had a decent stay and enjoyed the beach, water park, and helpful staff. With more evening entertainment, expanded dining choices, and improved restaurant service, this resort could offer a much more memorable experience."

"This was our families vacation house for my daughters wedding at Tween Waters. The house was fabulous and exactly as pictured. It's conveniently located just up the road from Tween Waters where the wedding and reception was held. Everyone enjoyed all the common areas inside and outside while having their own space to retreat to when they desired. The elevator made moving groceries and luggage to other floors easy. The vegetation and landscaping made the entire experience seem tropical and secluded. Beach access was very convenient; up the driveway and across Captiva Drive. The ocean views and sunsets from various patios and balconies were beautiful. We found all the beach gear well suited for our family of 11. We would highly recommend a stay here while visiting Captiva."

"It was a small cabin type, and you would not want more than 2 people, but it was functional and the shower was decent size, but it was well kept up and you could not beat the location, right on the beach, and all sand for miles on the shore or water! For the price it was great value. I did leave them a comment as I think they should provide more than one set of towels bath and beach, ans since it is small more hook and shelves to put and hang things would be nice. We would definitely recommend and return!"

"We loved the front porch area for having coffee and meals. Proximity to the beach and restaurants was convenient. Nice to have beach towels and chairs with the umbrella and the wagon for carting everything to the beach. We loved the beach decor and the whole esthetic of the cottage."
