Book a Norfolk Cottage

"A fabulous cottage for our purposes. It was surprisingly spacious and more than comfortable for the 6 of us (4 adults, 2 kids). It has a very pretty little backyard where we sat and enjoyed some early evening sunshine. Would definitely stay again."

"A lovely peaceful location, clean and reasonably well equipped. Lots of attractions within easy reach, Given the lack of broadband (or mobile data signal) some up to date info would have been appreciated (nearest supermarket, more recent leaflets, appliance instructions etc). Unfortunately we had problems with the hot water which was lukewarm at best and ran out after only 1 shower."

"We thoroughly loved our stay & would highly recommend to others. Lots of places for our 2 dogs to explore around. A nice pub a couple of minutes walk away with good hosts & great food. We WILL be booking again as everything was perfect. "

"The property was exactly as we remembered and provided us with all that we were looking for and needed. It is in a perfect location, quiet and peaceful, but with such easy access to lots of places. For us all it’s very much home from home and I anticipate we will be looking to visit again next year"

"An absolute gem. Pet-friendly, lots of room, plenty of things to do, huge garden with several seating areas, bbq, covered lounge area and fire pit plus plenty of outdoor games for all ages. Bedrooms clean and comfortable, kitchen a dream to work in, could not ask for anything more. Definitely going back as soon as possible."

"The property had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The secure garden led directly onto the sand dunes, which provided an extensive and safe place to walk our dog. Access to the sea was good too. The one thing we couldn't get on with was the oven, which in our hands didn't get at all hot."

"The first greeting was the stink of dogs had to go to shop and get some smellies,the road noise was terrible , So many gaps around windows and doors it never warmed up, the lounge furniture was filthy think it all needs replacing perhaps not have dirty smelly animals in there, managed 3 x nights but couldnt wait to get home."
