"We have stayed at Ffolkes many times and we are never disappointed. Room 7, although not large, is well presented, clean and comfortable with parking just outside. There is sufficient wardrobe space, tea and coffee plus delicious shortbread biscuits and, refreshingly, fresh milk. Also, unusually, there is an iron and ironing board which is very useful for those travelling from place to place. The food is delicious with a menu that varies and a chef who makes the best porridge. Staff are always visible, available and extremely friendly and helpful. "

"I loved the swimming pool as well as the hot tub. Lovely place. It was just hot in my bedroom, maybe perfect for the winter. Air conditioning would do for the warmer seasons. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this extraordinarily good-value, squeaky-clean, well-located hotel. I was in Norwich for work (I'm an actor appearing in a show there) and I booked a single room with breakfast. I called the hotel to explain that I would have to pick up my keys early, and the very helpful Hamid on reception said that was fine. When I got to the hotel about 2 hours before the usual check in time, Hamid had a lovely room ready for me- a triple! Not the single I had booked. Spacious, nice bathroom, biscuits etc. The continental breakfast too was definitely a cut above the rest for the very reasonable price. I will stay again if I'm in Norwich, and have recommended to others."

"The apartment is well equipped and the terrace a bonus with a sea view. Amazing for star gazing. Unfortunately was foggy and too cold to sit outside for long periods of time during our stay but ideal for summer evening drinks. Also it is right next to a light house so it will interfere with star gazing activities. The bed was a bit soft for my liking but the room was spacious and clean. Not a lot of channel choices for the TV. Also can't comment on the resort facilities as didn't use them. The onsite restaurant don't take food orders after 20:30. Staff were excellent, food was okay. My only complaint was the drains seemed to be a bit slow so whilst showering the water would cover your feet."
