"Room was clean upon enter and cleaning. The products in the bathroom was pleasing. The guest staff were pleasant and helpful upon sign in. The hotel was huge, bowling, aqua park, shopping all within and steps away from the train. Def would stay again. "

"It was great! Room was clean and staff was nice. The self service luggage storage was super helpful, especially with a airport bus stop right outside the property. About a 10-15 minute walk to Shinjuku station, so the location is really good too. Would definitely recommend and stay here again :)"

"Small room, but this is Tokyo afterall! Beautifully clean, quiet and efficiently laid out. Reception staff and concierge were very helpful and friendly. Location is great, although some additional detail on the website on how to get from Shinjuku station to the hotel would be welcome (maybe a map or info on which exit from the station etc)."
