"124 on Queen is fabulous! The location is perfect - right on the main street of the heritage district. Perfect location for walking the town! And our room was lovely. New, super clean, well decorated, comfortable and quiet. We had a corner room, king, with a fireplace and sitting area, plus small kitchenette (sink, counter, fridge). And two TVs. The staff was very friendly! I would also recommend eating at the restaurant on site at least once. NOTL food and service was awesome."

"I took my wife here for an overnight and we wish we could have stayed longer. I work for a high-end hotel brand, and this hotel met my expectations. The staff was on point, the location was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was what we needed to get us going the next morning. Parking was free and the town is very close and walkable. We can't wait to get back."

"Overall, we had a great experience at Falcon Cottages and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The property offers a wide range of facilities and amenities for families, giving everyone plenty of activities to enjoy. The location and overall setup also contributed to a pleasant experience, making the property well suited to families and groups. Our main concerns were cleanliness and the quality of the beds. The unit would benefit from more thorough cleaning before guests arrive, as it did not appear to have been fully cleaned, which affected our first impression. The mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable, and the master bedroom bed sank noticeably in the middle, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Providing a bathroom rug would also be a helpful basic improvement. In addition, the A/C setup could be reviewed, particularly in the bathroom, where the vent arrangement was uncomfortable and required us to keep the vents closed. With improvements to cleanliness and bedding quality, Falcon Cottages could provide an even better experience for families and groups."

"The Shaw Club is small hotel that's very cute. The staff was extremely helpful, especially in organizing shuttle service to the vineyards. The automated text support was very prompt and responsive. The room was a great size however a little dusty. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable considering how much our nightly rate was. The bar was great with patio seating. The location is great as it's walking distance to everything."

"Wonderful greeting. Excellent staff. Beautiful building. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the center of Niagara-On-The-Lake. Our room was picture perfect but defintiely a bit cramped. The parking is easy and the grounds are immaculate. Breakfast is superb. Kudos to Abby for her kindness and cordiality."
