"Breakfast is always plentiful and fresh. Hot tub was lovely! Atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It’s too bad when this place was built though, that they didn’t pay more attention to sound transfer. I believe it’s a wood frame structure, plywood subfloors with likely zero batt insulation. The overall vibe of the place makes up for it somewhat, and I am definitely a repeat customer!"

"Overall the hotel was lovely and the staff were amazing and very welcoming. The fitness area looked nice and the pool was cool with a large aquarium. The room was comfortable with nice bedding and towels. The room we stayed in was recently renovated. The hall areas looked like they need to be renovated with carpets being held together with duct tape. There was not a complimentary breakfast and additional fees you are required to pay at check-in (e.g., daily parking, 2 water bottles in the room, access to the pool, wi-fi, a card that gave you some coupons for the area and a few other things that we didn't use). The rooms feel like they need to ne better insulated because the overall level of noise was high both in the hall and in our rooms."

"Room was cozy and clean. Tasty breakfast included was extremely convenient. Coffee bar available 24 hours. Internet worked fine. Would definitely stay here again. Just a few minutes walk from the Falls and many local eateries."

"The staff was very helpful with our late arrival. However, the room was very disappointing. There were stains on the blankets, blue liquid dripping out of the fridge, and the window shook the whole night. There were lots of noises from the building outside of our room. We were only in the room for about 9 hours so I tried to ignore those issues. When we went to continental breakfast, I noticed there were paper plates to be used rather than real plates and utensils. The staff there was also super friendly. But the food was very disappointing. I will not be returning. "
