They only had 2 elevators which meant we had to wait sometimes 15 minutes to get to our room or leave. They charged me $25.00 a night to park my car in their lot. I travel a lot an have never been charged for parking my car when I have rented a room. The hotel was very clean and close to downtown.

The area was convenient however the hotel was poor quality. I had friends stay there for $100 less and have a better room. They gave me a terrible room to stay in with four people the carpets smelled like dirty feet and the room sizes we're small for the suites. they also lied to me and said I was already charged for my reservation and wouldn’t let me cancel because of my sick son. However, it was a lie they had not charged me yet. The sofa bed was also dirty. I opened it and it had a chewed a piece of gum so you can tell no one open to verify cleanliness. I didn’t expect the hotel to be this way specially paying $350 a night. I would not recommend and won’t be going back.

I like everything about this hotel, although I was visiting at the time there was a construction going on but everything was fine. Not bad at all! I would recommend this hotel as it’s very close to the Niagara falls by walking. Just a small problem is that our room was somehow connected with the next door by another two doors, were locked, and we could sometimes hear others talking from their room. Overall, everything was good, and I enjoyed staying here during my time visiting Niagara Falls.

We enjoyed our stay overall! Overall clean and ready for us when we landed. Parking at the hotel can be difficult (We stayed May long weekend, so not the hotel fault) Room was clean however little details have been overlooked, example, toilet paper holder wasn’t fix the wall well so every time it dropped off. Staff were very polite and quick with us. We enjoyed ourselves!

Everything about the hotel was more than satisfactory. My only disappointment was that the hotel charged us $25 for parking when there are parking lots, literally next door as low as $5/day. Not right!

Our room was newly renovated and spacious-which was nice-however the remaining furnishings were not in the room(eg kitchenette but no table, no seating apart from 1 office chair at the desk. Staff were friendly and informative. The area is noisy but we had a nice view, and it is very central. Parking is mainly off-site but not too far.

Everything was lovely with the exception of the front desk worker that signed us in. She was cold and unfriendly (maybe was having a bad day) the rest of the staff was super warm and kind which did make up for the first lady. Be careful in the pool, the lining is quite rough and if you accidentally rub against it while swimming it can give you a scrape (especially if you have young kids). Great locations for walking around.

Pros-very close to Clifton Hill so a great location, room overlooked the street and river so great for people watching Cons-room reeked of old smoke, room not cleaned properly (huge smudges on the windows, carpet needed to be vacuumed better in the corners), air condition made loud rattling noises that affected sleep Would stay again only if above was rectified and only because of the location

Location is great, very walkable. Unfortunately the pool was super milky and gross looking, went down with friends to swim and all decided against it. Also there is only 2 elevators so there is always quite a wait to get up and down. Beds were very springy, and pillows were flat.
