This place was easy to find.The room and surroundings were very clean and tidy and well stocked.My husband and ai would definitely go back.Breakfast was only downfall..not much stuff,but lady was very friendly and place was clean..but should take down Christmas tree and deco,as it was still up on May 4th.

It was a small inn with safe parking and large rooms including a decent fridge. The patio door didn’t lock properly and was only secured with metal bar. The pool was open very odd hours and not convenient with kids. Breakfast was included and stated 6:30 - 10am but it wasn’t available till 7 which wasn’t helpful since we had to be gone before 8am for our tournament. Modern conveniences were missing - no USB outlets and the towels were in poor condition.

Great price, otherwise rooms are outdated, no usb for phones/tablets. No dresser for clothing, heating cooling unit either too hot or cold. Bathroom shower tub was poor not working right. Hot tub in pool was not filled.

Dated interior and a bit far from the falls (15 min drive). Must have a car if staying here. Free parking was nice. Bed was cozy. Overall decent stay for the price.

Clean and quiet, close to all kinds of restaurants and bars, and only a few minutes from the falls. The pizza place across the street is great. Would stay here again.

Do not set high expectations and you’ll be ok.
We were setup in a room on the first floor where I was told they recently changed the toilet to one that was quiet. Unfortunately, the problem was it took a very long time to refill to be able to flush again. The room was also far from the boiler, there was a sign inside the washroom advising that it may take 3-5 mins for hot water to be available. I ran the taps for well over that duration and the water was only warm at best. The washroom was also dated. I immediately spoke to Tiara at front reception who looked into this for me. I let her know that I was intending to cut my 2 night stay short if they could not move me. Tiara was great. When she was on the phone with the manager, it sounded like they wanted me to settle for that room. But Tiara took the matter into her hands and arranged for us to change rooms. I was very happy that she did this for us and so our weekend was not ruined. Breakfast was included. It was really mediocre with yogurt, toast, cereal, and waffles. Also milk, oj, tea, coffee. Hot dogs, sausages and hard boiled eggs. Not great, a 2 out of 5, but better than nothing. Personally I would return. Don’t expect too much and you’ll be fine.

Very nice and cozy hotel. The stuff are exceptionally polite, nice and professional. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. My kids enjoyed waffles very much. I wish we knew there is a pool tabe, we would definitely use it. The only negative i can say is that the pool was VERY cold. We could not use at all. The stuff was nice to turn the warmer on, but it is too big and need at lease couple of days to warm up. In my opinion if swimming pool is advertised it has to be warm enough to use it. When we arrive the temperature there was no more then 18 degrees Celsius. Other then that i will definitely recomend this hotel to my friends and family.

Nice stay
It was January in Niagra Falls so the hotel was almost empty but the breakfast was reasonably good and certainly very friendly. Not a fan of the disposable wooden utensils (i find it gives a taste in my mouth). Its an older hotel and somewhat dated decor but very comfortable. Room was large, wifi good. Hot tub was not in service although the pool was. It was good value for the money but January is value season throughout Niagra Falls.

This was our second stay here in 2 months due to family issues. We were happily surprise on the upgrades in just two months. The breakfast is now in the lower level entertainment area. (I will review the tea house where the breakfast was serviced before at the end) They are adding a gym, conference room and a pool table area. The number one thing we look for in a hotel is the cleanliness and Fullerton Manor exceeded our expectations. Everything in our room was spotless clean. This is an older hotel and it is showing its age. But it looks like the family is doing upgrades everywhere. The breakfast use to be serviced at the tea house. The tea house (VTea) is now open for business. It is a bubble tea house lots of food and drinks available. It is outstanding. Great tea and good food at a great price. Definitely worth going too.
