The Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina
The view and setting were beautiful. The hotel is a little dated but perfectly adequate, and located within walking distance of the downtown. The room was clean and the staff were very nice.

Clean room, clean bathroom, luxury hotel. A little pricey (spa fees, parking, food). And, staff is not aware of expedia rewards.
