"Wonderful customer service and spotless room!"

"Rooms were spacious and noise was limited (note the freeway is next to the property). Plenty of parking. As of March 31, 2026, ART no longer in operation. The hotel is still a close walk to the park but those who are not able bodied may need to seek alternative transportation (Lyft, Uber, rent-a-scooter). We did not explore the pool nor have breakfast onsite. We would stay again. "

"Convenient to Disney. We were in building 1, and we could see they made bid efforts for noise reduction, however it is still not enough. If you stay avoid building 1. Pool and splash pad were fun. Bracelet policy for them is a little over the top, not that much fun that outsiders are going to sneak in."

"We have been staying at Kings Inn for over 10 years. This trip we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Dust under desks, floors looked as though they hadn’t been actually mopped in awhile, mirrors looked like it was wiped with a dirty cloth left swirl marks, toilet seat felt gritty like it had been sprayed with probably with deodorizer, my CPAP machine had large drops of something that was dripped on it. Furniture dresser looked pretty weathered, beds were lumpy pillows were well worn. Called front desk to let them know there was way too much noise coming from the room above me at 231. Clerk at front desk said “Oh is staff cleaning the rooms”. I mentioned it’s been going on for 2 hours and I could hear a chair being dragged to back and forth across the room, sounded as if the beds were being moved. Clerk said she would let them know to be a little more quiet, but it continued for another hour. So after over 10 years we won’t be returning. We have been loyal customers."

"I was in town to watch my Mets take on the Angels. This hotel was perfect. I was able to walk to the ballpark in about 15 minutes. Plenty of dining options around, including my first visit to an In-N-Out burger. Disneyland was a 5-minute drive away. Staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Anaheim. "

"Had one front desk member who went above and beyond at check in. Another was meh. I let him know after my first night that the room was terrible. He said speak to matience and made no attempt to change rooms or put me in touch with matience. The fridge ran all night long with a loud buzz. The a/c unit made egregiously loud water passing thru sounds when it was on. Almost mid May and we couldnt have the AC on. Couldnt sleep between the heat, stuffiness, or alternative put on the AC and hear heavy water flowing thru the vent sounds that would keep you up. Ive stayed at Clementine 5 times always with a wonderful experience. Admiringly the laminat flooring, bathroom etc has show wear and tear. You get through it for the heart and charm at Clementine. This time, my balcony to the upstairs raddled like there were safety concerns. There was both head, and fallen pubic hair left behind in the bathtub upon my first viewing for a shower. I didnt think twice about the price or go for rate when considering a hotel this time for my last almost half dozen stays were beyond enjoyable. For $240/ per night for such dirty worn down conditions I am appalled. Never staying here again, you shouldn't either. "
