The room was clean but not fancy. If you want an inexpensive place to stay for the night this will work. The beds are high, I am short and had to use my suitcase to get up on the bed😂. Breakfast is not included but there are neighborhood restaurants around.

The rooms were surprisingly clean, but the place is a mess (partially due to construction) and there were a couple of groups of people hanging around outside of rooms either lingering or one looked like he was having a tough time keeping his eyes open.

It turned out better than I expected it was going to. The neighborhood is completely unappealing except that it was close to JFK and very close to our family. There are no amenities to speak of. There is no lobby, just a closet in a hallway that has been converted to a manager’s booth, where he is completely locked in and transacts through bullet-proof glass. The room, however, was small but perfectly clean and recently renovated. There is no lamp, no fridge, etc., but it was comfortable and convenient and it suited our needs well. Although there is no parking lot, we street parked directly in front of the hotel entrance with no issues the entire stay. Was not impressed with the neighborhood, but due to the ease of parking I did not feel unsafe or uncomfortable. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a NYC vacation, but being in town for my niece’s baby shower it worked very well. I wouldn’t suggest use it again.

The property is poorly maintained. The entrance door doesn't have a stopper or control so it was banging all night with guests use.The room was very small 8ft ×8ft.with a floor level AC taking up some.of that space. There was absolutely no closet so I had to lay may clothes on one side of the bed.The room had no coffee maker no microwave no table and chair.I had to eat on the the bed which was on blocks and the room had a mouldy odor.From observations the property is operating as a hotel/homeless shelter on behalf of the city.

The property is under construction We were in the non smoking room but the bathroom always smells like cigarettes smoke whenever we would go out and return the last 2 days we switched to a different room with 2 double beds , bed too close to the doorway but other than that our stay was great
