The front desk knew we were there for a funeral. Our beloved one was killed which made it very difficult for us to get out of our beds early so staff could clean it. So, we left the Sleep Away sign on the doorknob. On the 3rd day when we got back from the funeral. A male knocked on the door wanting to know what time are you checking out. I told him we check out tomorrow not today. Wow, where is the compassion for grieving customers?

This serves a purpose nothing else. It’s an overnight hotel. Not good not totally bad. Overpriced for what it is but they have you by the you know what a bit given why people book.

When arriving at the building, we couldn’t even pull up because of the parking rental business has the entire parking lot jammed. Because of their airport parking, we could not park on property and instead have to park two blocks over in a less desirable neighborhood. Being a hotel guest is not as important as the airport parking

No self parking and strange need to make a reservation for valet parking. Found a spot on the street. Lucky. Luck should not be part of a $400 hotel room.
