"This property exceeded our expectations. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Perfect location to visit our friends at New River Beach and also explore the Falls. Very thoughtful touches as well. Our kids were so excited to find toys and bedtime stories. A great stay!"

"It was great . The staff was very helpful. We did have an incident of someone trying to get into our room. It was a misunderstanding of the rooms. It was hard to get back to sleep after that. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. They called us that my son had forgotten a bag in the room. We will recommend this place and we would return."

"We just returned from a wonderful week at Breakwater and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The views of the Bay of Fundy are breathtaking—we enjoyed watching bald eagles, seals, and deer.The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to Saint John, St. Martins, Magnetic Hill, and Irving Nature Park. After each day of sightseeing, we found ourselves eager to return to the house and soak in the incredible view.Karen was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. One highlight was being invited down to the dock to watch her lobster boat return—a truly unique experience for us coming from West Virginia.We had an amazing time and are already hoping to come back soon. Highly recommend Breakwater to anyone visiting the Bay of Fundy area."
