"This place was rundown and very dirty. Everything was old the toilet was falling through the floor, the sink and vanity were not attached to the wall. The paint was peeling and the windows were filthy."

"This was my second time glamping and I really enjoyed this place. The price is more reasonable than most places and you get a good value for the money staying right in front of Grand Lake. The owner was very responsive to communication. I can see this becoming my go to spot because of it's location near NB's major cities."
