Walk, run, or jog along miles of paved levee during the day under the street lamps at night. If you prefer sit on bench and enjoy the view of NOLA. Doorbell camera, and gated parking in a dedicated parking space steps from your front door for security. There is a community washer/dryer that is free of charge. This small 8-unit building is a small friendly community where neighbors know and speak to one another. Packages are delivered to your front door.
