"Nice boutique hotel in an excellent location. Close to everything and you can pick up the tram just down stairs. We had a room with the balcony and loved it. We were outside on the terrace as much as we could. No complaints about the service and we would definitely stay there again. "

"We got more than we expected. Lounge/dining, kitchen, separate bedroom and very large tv. Very comfortable. The kitchen itself was dated but fine."
