"Absolutely loved the room, spacious and clean. The meals were so flavorful and delicious, wide variety to choose from. We spent 5 days at another hotel before heading to Hideaway Royalton, Negril and such a difference with the presentation and taste of the food. Great entertainment at nights with staff encouraging the guests to participate!! My only regret was the beach not much area to have a good swim. Sightings of stingrays put some fear in us, so stayed out the water for long periods of time. Please stock up on condensed milk, some guest rather this than the creamer!!!LOL. "

"There is a little bit of construction and updating going on but it was very comfortable and felt like home ..one thing I like about this place the owners are very friendly and they speak with everyone they are not stuck up in some office acting untouchable ! Front desk day table lady is awesome and has a lot of patience victor in maintenance is a great guy ! "

"Merrills was really pleasant, the rooms pretty and facing a true garden with alleys and paths, very beautiful. The food was very good and varied, the staff attentive and polite. And they didn't have mosquitoes in the rooms. The Negril beach is amazing, but it is best to only stay inside the resorts. This applies to all properties."
