Our appreciation extends to every department that made our stay seamless: the Front Office team for their warm welcomes, the Concierge for their assistance, the Security team for ensuring our safety, the Gym staff, and the Breakfast Buffet team for starting our days off right. "Overall amazing hospitality at the lobby and cleaning service! We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed all of them, area in Ximen is a bit low in maintenance but as soon as you step into Westgate it feels like a haven. The dragon is also a nice touch, thank you WH team for the wonderful stay!"
