This percolates to the guests when they are greeted. The front desk seem rude although they may not be but they are always overworked and rushed. "This hotel is in an ideal location if you wish to visit sights such as Teamlab Planets, Disneyland or the Gundam Statue. It is probably not the best place to stay if you want to explore the rest of Tokyo. We stayed with the intention of doing the above, so this hotel was perfect for us.
