We stayed at Playsis East Tokyo for about 8 nights, family of 5. The property was clean and the staff was friendly and always available to answer our questions. The area was clean and quiet if you are looking for a quieter area. The property is walking distance to Asakusa station, the Tokyo Sky-tree, The Kaminarimon Gate and Senso-ji temple, among many restaurants choices. I would stay here again

This hotel was just outstanding. Service was top drawer in every way. The street was blocked off (a complete vehicle closure to let people shop and walk in the street). The staff personally arranged for a taxi and walked us to the location for pickup with our luggage. The location is right in the middle of a fantastic local shopping area and is very interesting. It is also a two minute walk to a large temple which was very interesting to visit. Just an outstanding place to stay 15 minutes from the NRT airport if you have some time on an overnight stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are very clean, modern and spacious. We will definitely be returning to this hotel next time we are in Tokyo. It’s also a great area for reaching restaurants and attractions by foot.
