As writtenn in the prestay we always send to our guests, someone of our staff is always available to help with the luggage when you first arrive at the hotel and as soon as you ring the intercome, our hotel is inside of an ancient building from the 17th century so stairs cannot be replaced. Also, we do quality check in the rooms every month.
