I’ve stayed at Ibis Perth twice now and it never fails to be a great hotel. The Ibis standard is one to beat! No frills hotel but gets the job done. Clean room and friendly staff.

An overnight stay was fine but wouldn’t want to stay longer, the room felt small with 2 adults and a child in it, however the shower had great pressure and the beds were comfortable. Our biggest complaint would be the aircon, could only turn it down to 18c, didn’t feel cold and we all woke up through the night feeling hot. Overall a great location and a good price, so you get what you pay for.
