"Room was so far clean, maybe lot of dust on the furnitures. Bathroom was ok. Floor and walls have lots dirty flecks. Hotel is not really comfortable. Second evening WLan was very bad.
I can't recommend this accomodation."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic — definitely worth adding to your stay. The hotel also features a great pool, which our kids loved.
A few things to keep in mind: the hotel does not offer shuttle services, and the nearest train station is about a 13-minute walk away. Therefore, you may need to take a taxi for most outings, especially if you’re traveling with children or luggage. Also, if you plan to enjoy the pool, swim caps are required. You can bring your own or rent one at the hotel for 500 yen.
Overall, we truly loved our experience, and our kids didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this hotel, especially for families."
"What a luxurious experience. People really need to get out of Tokyo. There is so much to Japan outside of tokyo that I could spend an entire trip in Hiroshima and still have more to do☺️. I will def consider returning again.🍻"
"Loved the location near public subway transportation, shopping, and dining. Thought the hotel as a whole was rather stunning in terms of size and visual appeal, though the room itself was a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The staff, though, were top notch - very helpful, quick and friendly."
"We originally booked this stay because the hotel is attached to the JR station, but we were pleasantly surprised with how much we loved it! The room was bigger than we anticipated and decorated beautifully, and we had an amazing view of the city. We didn't realize how new the South Gate building was so that probably contributed to how clean and well organized everything was."
