価格の安さから正直、あまり期待はしていませんでしたが、予約の変更で事前に問い合わせた時もセルフチェックインの不安を相談した時も、フロントの方々がとても親切で笑顔が素晴らしく、丁寧に対応していただきました。ここまでアットホーム的なホテルはなかなかないと思います。 お部屋は新しくも広くもないですが、価格相応で問題ないと思います。 翌日、清掃のスタッフの方々も、行ってらっしゃいと声をかけてくださり、皆さんの雰囲気もとても良かったです。スタッフで支えられている施設だと思います。 立地も駅前で、まさに呉の顔、ですね。 お世話になりありがとうございました。

安かったので一階のコインランドリーの近くでしたが、騒音もなく快適でした。建物は古いけど清潔感がありました。 駅の目の前だったので、食事やショッピングもしやすくて大満足でした。
