"Nice hotel."

"Don't hesitate, just book! What can I say - the hotel is stunning and in a perfect location. Set back from St Stephen's Square, we found it very quiet base & so easy to get to around the city. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was amazing with a very comfortable bed. The beautiful bathroom had Penhaligon toiletries, rain shower & separate bidet toilet. A lovely welcome note, bottle of wine and treats awaited us in the room. A Nespresso machine & complimentary mini bar, stocked with soft drinks, water & beer were a lovely touch. During our stay, the kitchen was partially closed, so only offering breakfast service, the menu for which was very extensive and everything we tried - so delicious. The hotel, very generously laid a table from midday with pastries, fruit, cakes wine, water and fruit juice for guests to help themselves to, with coffee available on request. It was our first trip to Vienna and we felt that we had struck gold with our choice. A couple we spoke to at breakfast, said they had been coming to Vienna for years, having stayed in many luxury hotels, but had found their 'Vienna Home' at The Leo Grand, and now only book here. I'm sure they won't mind me quoting them & we fully agree. There are plenty of bars and restaurants, shops etc.. on the doorstep, the city is very walkable and it was great to be able to head back to St Stephen's spire, which can be seen from most areas. You won't regret booking into this wonderful boutique hotel. "

"The hotel was clean and had everything you could want, we paid a little extra for a premium room and breakfast and both were well worth the extra, especially the breakfast which was a great start to the day. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful and the entire stay was very easy. The location of the hotel was excellent for sightseeing in Vienna as most major sites could be reached on foot."

"Chambre plus grande que celles de la même catégorie. Très bon emplacement.Facile d’accès ,à 100m du métro U4 ayant des stations important tel que Karlsplatz &Bhf Wien- Mitte .L’accès à la westbahnhof est aussi possible en faisant un transfert de la ligne U4 au U6. Très bon rapport qualité/prix"

"The heating on site is really bad in the room. The bedroom got so hot at night that I complained and they offered me nothing. I demanded that they at least provide me with drinking water. The room I was in only had 1 small window that was overlooking the street so all the noise from the main road filtered in. The Aircon only went to 18 and the heating was too high for the Aircon to be felt. The night staff that I was dealing with were not the most helpful or considerate. The day staff at reception on the other hand were incredible and very helpful. Night staff need better training. They stated I was the only one that complained?! So was the fact that I came through "
