"We had a great stay at the Lafayette Hotel. The highlight of our visit was the outstanding customer service from Brendon at the Gutter Bowling Alley. He was attentive, friendly, and went out of his way to help us get our drinks quickly. His professionalism and positive attitude really enhanced our experience. Excellent service like that makes a big difference. We would definitely return. "

The only thing relatively annoying was our card keys seemed to get deactivated on a regular basis, but again, staff were very helpful. The location was phenomenal as well. Many fantastic things to do that are well within walking distance. We will definitely return!"
