"Staff was very welcoming. Room was clean and large. Only negative is reservation said city view and our view was an old building across street that was empty, perhaps receiving some rehab. I guess that was the view of the city, but i inferred city view on reservation suggested our room would have a nice view of the city. Probably my mistake. OUR stay at the grant was very nice. We enjoyed it. People were great. "

"The breakfast was fresh and so many options including eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, bagels, muffins, toast, yogurt, fruit, etc. The room was clean and the staff was great."

"It doesn’t look like much on the outside But,The room was clean the mirrors and the glass door were squeaky clean, kinda like the rain showerhead in the shower. That’s awesome. Bed was super comfortable and my favorite part is the balcony. I could sit out there for hours. Listen to the noise of the city. For the cost, it’s perfect.. seems to be located in good part of town Alley went there for the Supercross at snapdragon Coliseum. Everything seems to be within 10 to 15 minutes. I highly recommend it…"
