"The worst part about this hotel? No elevator. It's not a big deal since the hotel is only two levels. However, if you have heavy bags like we did, there is help. The place is very nice, and the breakfast was delicious. My husband really enjoyed their "Cafe de la olla" which is essentially brewed coffee, as we enjoy it here in the states. "Our room was large and comfortable. We had a choice of a hot breakfast, in addition to the fruit plate, which was always beautifully presented and delivered with a smile. The staff throughout the hotel was consistently friendly and helpful, with a special shoutout to Cristina who helped us arrange our plans for the next day. Easy walk to the Zocolo and other sites. "
