I went to a congress in Puebla's Convention Center, and did not get time to try the amenities like the SPA or the pool. The room was impeccably clean, with beautifully crafted, rustic furniture made of recycled oak wood; really pretty. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, with traditional Pueblan cuisine. Prices are quite affordable for such a well-maintained boutique hotel. I very much recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Puebla. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff was always kind and very helpful, and the spa experience was amazing — very relaxing and enjoyable. We also loved the hotel restaurant; the food was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Really nice stay--helpful staff (patient with our beginner Spanish), excellent restaurants, and terrific rooms (our family had two different but equally nice rooms). Easy walk to the historic city center with lots to do. We'd have liked better wifi service, but other than that, we loved it. We'll be back!

Restaurant is superb. Our room was very nice, just small annoying details. For one, staff promised to fix a wall outlet that has two USB outlets that did not work. Overall, Casareyna is a beautiful hotel with s fabulous restaurant. Also it is in a great location for walking to sites in the Historic Center. Finally, the staff is really nice and helpful.
