"Ernesto at check was beyond helpful. Cleared up a mixup with our reservation in no time. The entire resort is fantastic! The adult pool needs to be refurbished a bit, but was very serene for relaxing. Overall an excellent stay!"

"Had an amazing stay at the Caribe Hilton. The property is beautiful, the private beach area was relaxing, and the views were incredible. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the trip, and the location made it easy to enjoy San Juan. The rooms were clean, the pools were great, and the overall atmosphere felt like a true vacation. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Rico."

"This place is VERY basic. I traveled with my partner and it was just what we needed. It is conveniently located next to a plaza which is a perfect “pickup” location if you book tours with provided shuttle transportation. It is near many convenient stores. You don’t meet any of the staff but they respond to messages in a timely manner. I would recommend bringing kitchen utensils since they don’t provide but they have all the other basic needs. AC WORKS! Which is great after a long day of beaching. If you just need a place to crash and shower this is perfect. The only down side is the parking if you use a rental. It’s only street parking, first come first serve. Hope this helps! "
