"The hotel location was perfect , a short walk to bars and shops but in a quiet elegant area. The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful which was really made the difference. the quality of food, service and amenities were definately 5 star "

"Good location, near trams and buses. Self check-in was ok once I figured out the correct keypad. Room was ok. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. Parking was available. The property is starting to look a bit tired, but still quite adequate."

"One of the most gorgeous, beautiful and luxury hotels I've ever been to. The first thing that hits you when you walk in the great smell of a flowery scent in the air. Then the veautiful palace like stairs and fountains. The staff are supper friendly and helpfull. The bar and their Malba restaurant were fantastic with so many options and varieties. For sure try their chicken club sandwich!"
