"This Hotel I would stay at again. Well priced, easy 100 metre walk to Sydney Road and all of it's yummy food shops. However, breakfast is not available, so a short 200 metre walk will get you to a cafe. If you are not familiar with trams then Sydney Rd is tricky at times."

"Great location for our Mornington trip. Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Plenty of dining and bars to choose from within walking distance. 2 minute walk to the beach. Only issue was with our TCL smart TV and Netflix shutting down every 15 minutes, so couldn't even finish a movie, which was frustrating. TV aside, no hesitation staying here again."
