"Nice to be by the lake and enjoy the balcony with a view. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, good shower pressure…the hotel holy trinity. Updated interior was cosmetically nice and clearly done on a budget, which is ok. But to nitpick, kitchenette cabinetry was way out of square, and not all drawers and cabinets in our room closed completely. A full size ironing board would have been nice. I appreciated the virtual check in. Email instructions were accurate and helpful. The only person we interacted with was the friendly cleaning lady on way out. We had a nice stay here."

"When I parked and pulled in, went to the counter met the guy behind the counter by the door, asking what I was here for I was kind of rude. Did not feel like it was very welcome at the time. A hotel room was very nice. Look like it’s been remodeled. Everything was good from now on out didn’t tell me what time breakfast was or anything of that kind. I had to come down to find out which opened up at 5am. Had to put $100 deposit which I don’t understand why I had to do that makes no sense since the other Super 8 and malvern, Arkansas only had $50."

"We enjoyed staying here. I loved the colors of the decor, the ice maker & filtered water were a pleasant bonus. We were only able to stay one night, but this is definitely a place I will remember to stay again. The neighborhood was quiet and not too far from the downtown area."

"Beautiful property, nice accomadations, if you have any mobilty issues there are lots of stairs to the property and down to the dock without hand rails. Could be an issue for older folks. Not described in property description. Poor lighting at the bottom of stairs. Otherwise a great place with everything you need with great privacy. We loved it"

"The property was pretty good. We enjoyed our stay overall. A few notes we had was that the pool table is incredibly unlevel so you can’t really play because all of the balls go to one pocket. That pocket also has a hole the balls fall out of. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were very thin. The sheets didn’t fit well on the master bed and slid off all the time. The bedrooms were also very hot even with thermostat in the 60s. The place was very clean, and we enjoyed the access to the lake."

"It was a very cozy condo with everything we needed. The location was centrally located to everything. We went to 3 lakes, went downtown Hot Springs, went to the Botanical Gardens and ate at a couple of great restaurants!"

"Overall nice stay. Very cute cabin with nice screened porch. Bed wasn't very comfortable but loved the extra window AC. We never could access the wifi. Cute little place right on the water."

"If you are looking for a house on Lake Hamilton….STOP…. Look no more. This is your destination to a heavenly resort of paradise. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. The house was clean and so well stocked! My family rents a vacation home every year in different locations in the United States but this place far exceeds any we have stayed at! Instead of giving them a 10 I’d have to give them a 20!!"
