They charge you a 50.00 incidental fee per day not just for your stay… and parking is $22 a day in a parking garage that has no lights and no stairs you have to walk down the ramp and hope the car will see you. At check in you could not hear the attendant due to the music being played. And they tried to charge for Valet parking. The nicest thing about this hotel was the lobby. "

"This place was really good. Self parking was tricky to figure out that it was a block away. Room walls were a bit thin, could hear the guests I the next room talking and could hear their tv. Everything else was nice and simple. Nothing over the top. Rooms, decor, check in/out, all easy and simple. Perfect, if your not planning on staying in the room much! Will definitely be back. "

"The cuckoo's nest cabin was a delightful surprise, a hidden gem. The accommodations were luxurious and well thought out, providing all we needed for a couples getaway but still had a rustic feel. The cabin is close to town, but far enough from the congestion and traffic to not be noisy. The hot tub was wonderful, secluded on the back porch, easy to use and clean. Others have complained about the chlorine but a few minutes circulating the water was sufficient to dissipate chlorine, and frankly I felt better knowing it was sanitary for our use. I would recommend highly for a couples romantic getaway! "

"This was a great place to harbor during our spring break stay in Hot Springs. While we always chose to drive, it is possible to walk to Central Avenue and down Bath House Row which is where all the day and night life is. It says in the description of the house that it is not ADA accessible. Believe it. My spouse is a bit older, and he made it, but remarked every time he climbed the concrete steps out front. Additionally, the house appears to have been added on to through the decades as no floor is exactly level. I thought it added to the charm. If you have an issue (we did), do not hesitate to contact the number on your reservation information. Someone was available after hours. They took care of it. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch enjoying a glass of wine that last night in town. "
