"We had a great time at this cabin! My kids (toddlers) loved the porch and backyard. It was located within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need for basic meals. Brian also checked in via text and made suggestions for restaurants and activities, which were very helpful. We would 100% stay here again if we came back to Hot Springs."

"We enjoyed our stay and the property was as advertised; however, it was missing some basic items. The lighting was poor and two of the lights were missing bulbs which not only added to the darkness but was unsafe. There were no microwave save cooking vessels nor were there any kitchen towels. There were only 4 dinner sized plates and we had reservations for 5 people. We arrived at the designated check in time and the tile floors were wet and I nearly slipped and fell. Also a safety issue."

"It was nice to be surrounded by water. The geese were entertaining just by themselves. The cabin was a quick access to Garvan gardens and super easy to get to town. The place was clean and pretty much well maintained. Will stay again."

"Cute little well appointed cabin. Close to Hot Springs. Big refrigerator. Clean. Property manager very responsive. Beds comfortable. I should have read the description of amenities closer. We were expecting a way to cook. My friend brought fresh eggs. I don't use microwaves so we couldn't cook the eggs but that was on me. We would return again."

"Amazing cabin great property, only problem is if you arrive after 5 pm you are out of luck, unless its on bingo night ."

"The cabin was nice and cozy. Had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. Food was provided for breakfast and the lake wild life sceneries where refreshing. Skip was a great host and knowledgeable about the area and history of the area. Will definitely book with Skip again."

"This is a very neat cabin with countless little and big features every where you turn. The balcony deck, the outdoor bed-swing and fireplace, and the game area down the hill were some of our favorite features."
