We really enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing and it wasn’t far to grab anything you forgot to bring. If you plan to do some cooking the kitchen stock isn’t robust. We brought brownie mix and had to buy a pan to make them. Not a big deal except for those weirdos like me. We would definitely stay again.
Me and my best friends had a wonderful experience. Nice, quiet, relaxing place not too far away from town. Host was wonderful with all instructions and even had a few snacks left for when we arrived.
The location of the place was perfect driving distance for everything we needed to visit. Perfect size for us 2. Loved the spot. Directions for check in were excellent.
Myself and a coworker stayed at this location and everything about it was amazing! It was so relaxing and clean. Coming from 2 moms who just needed a break it was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and smelled of fresh laundry! I would highly recommend this location again!

My husband and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend. It was perfect for the two of us and sizable enough for our friends who visited us while we were in town. It’s got a great view and the wildlife you see in the area is awesome! Only a small drive to town for store and restaurants.
Only 2 minor problems, slow bathtub drain and the ceiling fan in downstairs room was knocking and swaying (but we found a fan upstairs)
This condo was right on the water so we could float or simply sit out on the back patio to enjoy the scenery. Condo was decorated with bright, vibrant colors. We really enjoyed our stay.
Hot Springs is my home town. I live across the coubtry now so i can only visit onve a year for a week. As soon as i walked in from that long plane ride i instantly felt at home. I had my siblings and parents over and they were just in awe of how beautiful that place is. And it was perfectly located on the lake. Quiet neighborhood which was so peaceful abd the veiw was just gorgeous. Thank yall so much. I look forward to next year possible rent from yall again. Until next time!

The waterfront location is wonderful. Super close parking. Beds ok, worked for me but my sister was unhappy with hers. Minimally stocked in kitchen. Plenty of towels. Ice maker didn’t work, which is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5. We tried multiple times to fix it. No washer and dryer, my fault for not realizing that before booking. Plumbing might be an issue for a larger group, toilet seemed finicky. Floor needs to be cleaned.
The view was beautiful and the apartment was beautiful! I love the decorations! However it was extremely extremely far from town! And this was not specified in the listing description! So I was very disappointed is everything I needed to do was downtown so that was not convenient at all! Was very very hard to communicate with the host she would not respond I had to contact VRBO she finally responded. Was not a good communication at all! And I still haven't received my refund! Not a happy camper!!!
I wish I could keep this little gem hidden. It is the perfect location for a respite getaway. Don't hesitate to book it. But do bring k-cup coffee pods or a coffee maker. LOL. And a toaster to make your toast for bacon and eggs. But a skillet works fine too!! BOOK IT!!
Overall are 2 night stay was OK. The location is somewhat remote on 2 lane roads about 15 mins from anything. The inside of the Condo itself was comfortable and well kept. The condo complex itself was not. Outside of the adjoining unit on the river side was unkept. The condo did not appear to have smoke alarms. The Keurig coffee maker did not work properly. There were a few flies in the condo upon arrival. Outside on the river side the flies were a nuisance. The river is 15ft from the back of the condo which was nice except people were fishing from shore right in front of us so not very private. The patio furniture shown in the one photo is not accurate and was old and the cushions were dirty.

It was okay.
Location was right off the lake - open the door and there you are, very nice. Layout of the place was nice. I was a little worried when I noticed only one wall unit AC/ Heat unit but it heated well and kept everything very cozy! Bathroom has a light that heats as well - no issues with warmth at all. There wasnt any paper towels - we did a store run and picked some up. There were a few cosmetic issues that appeared to be water damage on a few of the celling areas and on one of the walls. On our 2nd night the previous renter brought back dishes she had taken before our stay started - so needless to say the 1st night we were short a few dishes. Those are small issues - biggest issue - last night there we found several roaches. I did contact the host and she stated she would have pest control come out ASAP.
Over all stay was pleasant until the bugs.
I went with a friend to work on a project. This property may be great for someone who plans on being active most of the time, but if you want to lounge (or work) for long periods, there are somethings you might want to know:
Pros: Quiet and clean, nicely decorated, and lovely lake view
Cons:
1. downstairs bedroom has a shaky headboard, loud bed, squeaky ceiling fan, no air vent
2. kitchen: minimal cookware (good thing we brought a crockpot)
3. Living area: furniture is not for prolonged sitting. The sofa cushions were dirty and the covers were safety pinned on (we discovered this when we tried to rotate the cushions for comfort). The chairs are beautiful but not comfortable.
4. Loft- the bed is on rollers and moves away from the wall with the sleeper's every move.
5. Patio: old table and chairs should have been discarded they are covered in moss and unusable. Cushioned furniture was okay. The patio has a nice view but needed a "refresh."
6. Blinds on the windows that overlook the lake could not all open or roll up to let in sunlight
7. Nice bathroom, but tub has a slow drain
8. Not private. Neighbors walk by rather close to the property.
9. The manager was nice but didn't provide access details until we arrived and called her and Vrbo for access.
Earlier reviews mentioned some of these things, but we didn't pay attention. It's not a bad property; it just wasn't for us.
