experience. From the entry to check out one is treated with the upmost service. Traditional attire is provided. Our traditional room with balcony ofuro overlooking the lake was superb. The traditional dinner setup in the bedroom was exceptional. The onsen is fully equipped with a variety of pool temperatures and Pola amenities. We highly recommend the full experience including dinner."

"It was a really nice experience. It was great that we had to take our shoes off at the entrance it really sets the vibe tha this is a true Ryokan. The room was super clean and well thought out. The facilities overall were excellent as well. Onsen was super clean and the Yukatas that they provided were fun and comfortable to wear during our stay. "
