"Went in not knowing what to expect. We were immediately greeted by staff to help us with our bags, the front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and kept. I have not one single complaint after our 5 day stay. I would 100% go back if we are in PR again. 10/10 for everything!"

"We booked here last minute as the hotel we had booked in San Juan had no water for the foreseeable future. It was a great place to just chill and relax, and is close to lots of useful things in the area. The pool area was quiet and relaxing. The bar had a decent selection for a hotel, and the lunch sandwiches were also surprisingly tasty. The free breakfast was basic but did the job! You are about a 10min walk from the kiosks or about a 30min walk from Luquillo for food options (obviously very quick to drive if you wish)."

"This is definitely for a solo traveler. Extremely clean, very helpful, professional staff. My room was a 3rd floor walk up. Small shower/ bathroom with a double bed and tv. Very clean. The hotel’s decor is white/yellow accents, unique and very traditional. The breakfast visited of coffee, croissants and fruits. Not a continental spread. The downfall is that the entrance is locked at all times and you must be buzzed in by the clerk whom may not be at the desk at any given time. I found this sketchy until I was informed by an uber driver that the area is known for its criminal element and homeless. Once again, it’s for a solo adult traveler, not families."
