"Super neat concept! The yurt was decorated beautifully and stocked very well. Bathroom facility was prestine. The communal kitchen was fantastic. And the movie on the big screen was such a fun time and super impressed by how clear and projecting the speakers are when in front of the screen, but not a problem when in the yurt. This was the closest fun accommodation I could find that was reasonably priced near the Sand Dunes, glad we took this option! "

"I have stayed here 3 or 4 times, a fine place to stay while visiting Pagosa Springs. Efficient and basic amenities. Very bad potholes entering the property as part of deteriorating adjacent hotel. I'm not a fan of the strict and inflexible approach used by Vacassa for managing this property including short cancellation window and trying to charge for extending check out time past 10 AM. Curious why owner doesn't work directly with VRBO."
