Love the water and fresh baked cookies. The quaking aspens are a nice touch outside as well. Clean and safe property near Great Sand Dunes NP and the Sangre De Cristo Rocky Mountains!

Had a very nice stay. Good clean hotel with quiet clientel. Room was generally spotless with fresh clean sheets. Breakfast was very good but crowded. Get there before 8am to avoid the crowds.

Front desk check in was daft and friendly. Rooms were hood. Bed comfortable. Furniture could use a little updating. A storm was rolling in with lots of wind and we thought the window might blow in. Shoved a paper coffee cup in the gap to hold it. Big walk in shower with plenty of hot water. wifi good. nice breakfast and pretty good coffee. Well worth the price.

This was a very nice hotel. Room was clean, bed very comfy. Exceptional bedding. Hotel did not have a good set of services related to snacks and beverages for purchase, but knowing that before going would make it a better opportunity to prepare.
