"This is a 5-star hotel, but for 2 reasons, it’s not operating at the 5-star level. To be fair, let me list the good things first. The physical plant is excellent. The room looks and feels brand new. Everything is top notch and works flawlessly. It is spacious, with high ceiling, and a very comfortable bed. "Loved the hotel and staff....was kind of in a rough area untill we walked up a couple blicks and then was awesome in tje midst of everywhere youd want to be....the hotel from the outside was completely deceiving as when u opened tje doors its like stepping into some kinda palace! The room was clean and great and comfy bed and staff was amazing and the free breakfast was really good!"

"This is a small boutique hotel/b&b. It is right in the old town area so easy walk to restaurants, bars, and port. Breakfast is European so Americans don't expect eggs and waffles. Staff is excellent. On second floor (European first) so use elevator (once your figure out how to work it). Simply put, we would stay there again. "

Only fault was there was only one chair on balcony which wasnt ideal for 2 people. Room/bathroom was comfortable and cleaned throughout our stay. We got airport transfer which was quick and reliable.
