This was an amazing location and beautifully curated rooms. We felt like locals! The breakfasts were very good with yummy desert options. Unfortunately, due to no fault of the hotel, there was construction in between our rooms and the lobby which made it a little bit of a nuisance with bags to get in and out. Otherwise 5 stars all around. This construction is temporary, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location. The team spent time before our arrival marking the most important places on the map, including some beautiful churches, the market, the gelateria around the corner, etc. The room was beautiful and breakfast was delicious. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Great location and beautiful apartment style hotels and products. It made us feel like we were locals. Not the hotel’s fault but there was mild construction so it was difficult to get around easily with luggage but they were helpful. Extremely helpful directing us on restaurants, sites and shopping.

The room was spacious and immaculate. The staff is very welcoming and hospital. Upon arrival I was given a croissant and coffee and a box breakfast to go upon leaving for airport early. The front desk gentleman mapped out all the sites for my husband and I and was very friendly. I asked for an early check-in and was accommodated. This hotel is a great find and I highly recommend it. Great location. Great staff from front desk to the cafe staff.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged a transfer from the airport for an extra 55Euro paid direct to the driver which was well worth it. We were warmly greeted on arrival and given cold refreshments while our bags were taken up to our room which was ready early. The room was very ample with everything you might expect and more punching above its rating. Breakfasts in the morning were divine and very well organised. Try not to have too much so that you leave room for street food later! The recommendations for places to go and eat were all spot on including making bookings on our behalf. Thank you Nini, Andrea and Laura. An excellent location and highly recommended.

Wow! We stayed at this amazing Boutique hotel in the center of everything in Palermo for three amazing nights. The breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning. One of the wonderful things about the breakfast is it’s not a typical breakfast buffet, but you get to order what you want freshly made and delivered to you with a smile! The location of this property is perfect for exploring Palermo. The staff are always there and ready to help in whatever way they can. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Palermo area. It is an oasis in a crazy busy city!

We had a very nice stay for a 1-night break in Palermo. The location is perfect—walking distance to everything in the historic centre. The staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was exceptional; however, it would have been helpful to know in advance that menu items need to be selected before arriving in the morning in breakfast room. Once we sat down, the quality was top-tier. A beautiful boutique experience overall!

Staff were attentive and very knowledgeable, giving great recommendations. We received a WhatsApp message prior to our arrival which proved to be very useful as it guided us to the hotel and the best place to park. The room was spacious and welcoming, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was superb, situated in a lovely area, very close to many sights and restaurants. The style of the hotel felt very boutique and individual. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
