Nice resort where the staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome during their busy Feragusto! Though overall it was bit expensive for what we got. Breakfast was not great. Limited food and beverage selection and was cleared very early. But on the doorstep of Bello Monreale!

Do not book. This hotel does not align with the photos - it is very cheap materials and construction. My husband was locked in the bathroom for almost an hour, the elevator broke, and the front door to our room wouldn’t close. The reception was always very welcoming. The room was very clean. Filippo, the concierge, was so helpful in helping with transportation to see my family in Grotte, just an amazing person. The area is wonderful to walk around. Will be back
