The property exceeded our expectations, it’s more of a hotel rather than a bed and breakfast. The room and property was excellent, the staff superb and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. When we checked in the hostess Daniela took the opportunity to provide us with a map and highlighted key sites to visit and appropriate walking distance, this was extremely useful. We would highly recommend this location for exploring Palermo.

This B&B was absolutely wonderful! Daniella great us upon check in, and sat down with us to explain the areas around the B&B, and show us the high points of what not to miss, since it was our first trip to Palermo. All of the staff were so helpful and kind - can't say enough. The room was very nice. All in all, a fabulous stay within easy walking distance to the Ballero Market ( a must see and experience!), the famous four corners and everything that bustling Palermo has to offer. Parking was easy, which is a definite plus. Highly recommend - we would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!

I would thoroughly recommend this B&B. The staff are amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Our room was lovely and the breakfast was 10 out 10. It would definitely stay here again. It's so close to shops, restaurants and all the sights. Aurora, Daniella, Donna and Paulo thank you for a wonderful stay.

This property is in the heart of everything… we were the crazy Americans that rented a car a drove it to this property. We made it but extremely stressful and unless you are an experienced driver for very narrow alleyway and pedestrian all over the road I highly recommend not driving… fortunately there is a parking lot and we parked our car until we left the property. The stay was awesome you are located in the best for walking everywhere. The staff were amazing. Room was nice a few steps to climb but not an issue if you are use to steps. Great place to get and the market is fantastic. We enjoyed our visit and highly recommend…

Calm Hotel in the Chaos of the City

As we jostled our way through the chaotic Palermo food market under the blazing heat, we could not believe it when we opened the heavy wooden doors into the oasis of cool calm of the hotel. Daniella had fantastic customer service sharing us with us info on the hotel and then a printed map with an explanation of the layout of the city of Palermo. Our room in the attic was perfect and we loved the decor a combination of Tunisian and Italian, The hotel organised us a taxi for our airport transfer and as we had an early start a packed breakfast was delivered to the room

In fairness, we literally only slept there, and only for 1 night. Still, its in a rough neighborhood, we felt compelled to take a taxi home at yhe end of the evening and the room had NO windows. The common areas were pleasant enough. When we arrived, the greeting at the front desk was not particularly nice.

The hotel is extremely convenient to all the major attractions in Palermo. We also felt that the staff was especially friendly and helpful. Parking is available in a public square nearby which at first appeared to be somewhat risky, but we had no issues with it. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Un bijou de B&B!

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans ce B&B et nous avons beaucoup aimé. Très bon accueil en anglais par Ludovica et Aurora, deux jeunes femmes charmantes, serviables et toujours souriantes. Au rez de chaussée, de jolis meubles avec de nombreuses décorations en céramique colorée et artistique. Chambre confortable et décor soigné et original. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux. Bien situé dans le centre historique. La liste des restaurants recommandés est très utile et à suivre.
