Fantastic location, great staff, and great room. Breakfast was the only thing that could have improved in every area fruit, salads, breads - made to order eggs were an additional cost which is not normal when you pay 400 Euros per night.
We had fantastic stay here, we booked for 2 night but only got to stay 1 as our flight got cancelled. But it was lovely stsy, luxury suite is spacious and clean with 2 bathrooms which is perfect for my family. Breakfast was delicious and many options. The location is very good, central to everything and walkable. Had wonderful time here.
The hotel room was VERY small. There was no dresser and nowhere to unpack your clothes. We loved out of a suitcase for a week! The maid service never swept the floor and never refilled our coffee. Breakfast was standard and minimal but fresh. The view was pretty but it is far from the center of town. About a 20 min walk.
Room was FANTASTIC, so incredibly spacious by European standards. The jetted tub was an amazing plus to our stay. Very well located in the city center of palermo. Hotel has a lot of Renaissance style decor, beautiful. Hotel restaurant was pretty good, too. Highly recommend this place if you're in Palermo.
The front desk was excellent. We arrived early and they allowed us check in. The front desk booked restaurants for us in advance and were always cheery! Fantastic stay!
Great hotel, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, spotless and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable - nice sheets and bedding. They have a nice breakfast buffet with a variety of baked goods, meats and fruits.
The location is great for walking in the historical center and it is an easy walk to Teatro Massimo. I will definitely stay at Palazzo Brunaccini Hotel again.
The room was pretty big, but much older than expected. The bed unfortunately was very hard and you can hear noises from outside.
The gym is small, but very well equipped. I was positively impressed. Breakfast was good, too. The buffet isn't too big, but it offers enough variety and everything was fresh; and the breakfast staff was very nice.
The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, and we really loved its charm and elegance. The staff were also kind, and helpful. We especially appreciated their assistance in arranging a taxi to the airport in the middle of the night.
The less positive aspects of our stay were the cleanliness of the room and the immediate surroundings of the hotel. Our room unfortunately wasn’t as clean as we had hoped. I’ll mention that we arrived early and the hotel was kind enough to let us check in ahead of time, so it’s possible that the room simply hadn’t had as much time to be prepared. That said, cleanliness is particularly important to me, so this may have stood out to me more than it would to other guests.
We also found the area immediately surrounding the hotel a little difficult. We had planned to spend a day in Palermo experiencing the street food, culture, and history after a few days at the beach, but the amount of scattered litter around the hotel and the general atmosphere made us feel somewhat uncomfortable and less at ease exploring the area.
Of course, the surrounding neighborhood is outside the hotel and staff’s control!
And lastly - check the night of your stay. We unfortunately were staying at the hotel on a night with live music. We typically would have loved this, however we would have chosen another hotel as we had to be up for our flight at 2:45am.
Great location, 15 minutes walking to the central train station and other attractions 👍 Room was comfortable and front desk staff were helpful who offered breakfast bags for early check out 👍 breakfast was okay too. In the last night of staying, there was noise above our floor, called the front desk at about 10 pm who took care of it promptly!
