This would have been excellent as Staff very attentive on arrival, great facilities. Very clean breakfast was good and very reasonably priced - however the charge for parking was unexpected and despite responding after message no parking was reserved this was resolved. The room spacious and very clean but booked a city view and location of room very end so had an obstructed view. Location is significantly outside city with limited dining options nearby. The hotel do offer transport although we didn’t use. Would recommend but be aware

Rooms were perfectly clean and cozy! Great amenities in the bathroom and a superb rainfall shower! Staff were very helpful and excellent. Location wise - it is very far from Palermo centrale and only stay here if you have a car.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, nice and clean, but the staff could be nicer. The dining service was not very welcoming of separating our checks as we were traveling with a large group of students that needed to pay for themselves. Our request was met with an eye roll and a sigh.

Book this hotel for the panoramic pool view only. Other than that it really is an average hotel. I booked a superior room, it was big with a balcony but v basic. The food in the restaurant is v nice but the majority of the waiters are not v helpful or friendly (maybe only 2 were). You have to collect towels for the pool at reception and hand them back, they keep tabs on them. On one day in the middle of the day, they started to clean the jacuzzi and put salt in. Should be done in the mornings before it gets used. The area is 30 minutes outside of the centre, there is a shuttle but only for 8 people on a first come first served basis that leaves at 10.30 and returns at 5.30. There is also a shuttle to Mondello beach that leaves at 9.30 and returns at 4.30. They don’t give tap water or let you fill your bottle. You have to buy water for €1 a bottle. In 36 degrees heat you get through a lot!

My family enjoyed our stay the rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of selections, they also serve lunch and dinner in their restaurant.the staff was very accommodating friendly and catered to our needs, the outdoor pool was beautiful and the view of the whole city of Palermo was breath taking Margarita the hotel room keeper was always happy to see us, she was always in a great mood.overall the next time we go we will always stay at Hotel Bel-3 Thank you we had a great stay at your hotel and will tell our friends too!
