"Lovely location, very spacious property with amazing spaces. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. bathrooms good. Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away."

"Beautiful cottage with everything you need for a romantic getaway, plenty of space and the décor with so much love put into the property. Hot tub was amazing loved it. We ordered from the menu homemade lasagne garlic bread and some chips for our first night and was so worth it tasted better than any pub meal. "The Stables is such a lovely place to stay. It's got lovely views over the countryside and it's so peaceful. The hot tub was great, there's a log burner (which we didn't need), it's very clean and you can tell the Stables has been converted to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped, the wifi was excellent and its location is ideal for exploring Monmouthshire or the Forest of Dean. Highly recommend the Stables for any couple."
