Located near the sea front with free street parking with a supplied visa , and a great breakfast in the morning. Only downside is the awful weather.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It looked nice and cozy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is a big plus—just a short walk to both the city center and the beach, making it super convenient whether you’re looking to explore or relax. Good Guest House

Stayed there for the British Open a nice, friendly guest house. Bed was very comfortable, room and en-suite bathroom were clean and a good supply of tea and coffee in the room.

Sea view, modern, large and clean room. Big bathroom too. Good location with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Best cooked breakfast we had on our mini Scotland tour. Host is very knowledgeable and gives useful advice.

Great place!

Beautiful hotel and a beautiful location. There is no elevator, so please keep this in mind if you're not in condition to carry your bags up potentially 3 flights of stairs. The location is excellent and conveniently located. We loved the walkability.
